Buying a kitten
Once we feel our kittens have developed their type and personalities, we evaluate them, decide on their prices and advertise them on our website.
From this point we are happy to accept enquiries and arrange viewings (by appointment only). Should you be unable to visit we will be happy to oblige in sending you photographs and further information.
If you decide to go ahead and buy a kitten from us we first require a non-refundable deposit to reserve that kitten for you. Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis and by cleared payment only.

Deposits can be paid in one of the following ways:
Bank Transfer
You can either transfer money online from your bank to ours or deposit cash directly into our account from a Halifax branch. Please contact us for our bank details.
Cash
You may bring cash directly to us but please be aware that visits are by appointment only.
Cheque
To make a payment by cheque, please contact us first to advise us and to obtain our postal address. Cheques should be made payable to Rachel Hartley.
Online (currently unavailable)
You can reserve a kitten online by clicking the button beneath their description and paying a deposit via Paypal. Please be aware that we have to pass on the 4% charge incurred with using Paypal.
Once you have paid a deposit you will receive a deposit agreement which also acts as your receipt. To see an example of such, click on the pdf icon below.

Up until your kitten is ready to leave, we will do our best to send you updates and photographs recording their development.
Once your kitten is ready to leave, you will need to pay the balance outstanding. We cannot release your kitten until we have received cleared funds. You can make this payment by bank transfer, cash or cheque (cheques must clear first).
Upon collection/delivery, all buyers must sign a relevant sales contract. To see an example of such, click on a pdf icon below.

Should you not be able to collect your kitten, we do offer a nationwide delivery service. Please contact us with your postcode for a quotation.
If you are outside the UK, please contact us to see if we export to your country of residence.
